SYSTCOM is searching for a highly motivated individual that desires a sales career. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take control of their earnings ability. SYSTCOM is a successful, established, and highly respected technology system installation organization. We are very interested in having an additional sales representative to expand our customer base with new customers in our service area.
The sales qualifications and skills needed are those based around the ability to start and build an organizations customer base. Extremely strong sales and new business development abilities are the only credentials that will guarantee success in this role. We desire sales experience directly or closely related to the telecommunications or data networks industry. Being able to multitask and continuously assess and prioritize the best next sales and business steps are also a must-have for success to be achieved.
A background in one or more of our service disciplines is helpful but not necessary. The ability to create a new customer base in an outside sales role and the understanding of methods to do so that ensures success is a prerequisite. This is an opportunity with an open-ended compensation package. There is a base salary with a commission program and no ceiling on earnings potential based on the volume of sales dollars that are achieved.

This position requires direct experience in the operation, setup, and support of audiovisual equipment; will perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions of AV equipment. Will have experience with video teleconferencing equipment and capabilities, networks, policies, and network protocols.
Related Experience:
We are looking for those who have current and relative experience with professional audio-visual projects to include design, fabrication, implementation, installation, and troubleshooting. Experience in varied working environments such as hospitality, medical, commercial office spaces, educational facilities is desired.
Ability to Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems. Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in Board rooms , Conference Rooms, Huddle and collaborative rooms. Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary. Technicians would perform testing of audio-visual equipment and fix issues related to video, audio, switching, and control systems.
Experience with computer systems for multimedia projects and the Microsoft suite of applications.
Certifications from AVIXA (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) and leading industry manufacturers are a plus.
Requirements:
The Candidate will be a professional with a well-rounded background in Audio Visual Systems from start up through the testing and certification phase. The ability to problem solve and work in a team environment are key attributes.

We have several openings for Lean Technicians. We are looking for those who have current and relative experience with installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling, audio/visual, security, music, and page and wireless systems. These systems include a wide variety of media types such as fiber optic, cat6, coaxial, HDMI, and audio, to name a few.
